Delivery Policy

1. What you buy

You buy a subscription to cloud software (SaaS). The service is delivered online through the MSeller web portal and our mobile apps. There is no shipping, shipping fee or physical delivery of any kind.

2. Delivery time: immediate

When your card payment is approved, the features of the plan you purchased are activated immediately in your MSeller account. You will see the confirmation on screen when the payment completes.

If your plan is not activated within 24 hours of an approved payment, contact us and we will fix it or reverse the charge.

3. How you access the service

Sign in with your user account on the MSeller web portal from any browser. The mobile apps are downloaded from the corresponding app store at no extra cost. An internet connection is required to activate the service.

4. Features that require extra steps

Some features, such as electronic invoicing (e-CF), require your company to complete its enablement with the DGII (Dominican tax authority). The tools to do so are available immediately in your account; approval time depends on the DGII.

5. Renewals

On each automatic renewal the service continues without interruption. You can cancel renewal at any time under our Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy.

6. Coverage

The service is provided online to businesses located in the Americas, as described in the Geographic Availability section of our Terms of Service.
